Wm. Keith Kelley, CPA

Keith was born in Beaumont, Texas, and graduated
from Lamar University (BBA, with highest honors, 1978; MBA, 1983).
His primary areas of responsibility include audits and taxation of
banks, taxation of individuals, estates and trusts and consolidated
income tax returns. Keith has earned the designation Certified Specialist
in Estate Planning. He also serves as the Firm's network administrator.
Keith is a member of the Southeast Texas Chapter of the Texas Society
of CPAs where he has served as Secretary and a member of the Board
of Directors. He is also a member of the American Institute of CPAs,
the Texas Society of CPAs and the Southeast Texas Estate Planning
