Rebecca graduated from Emporia State University
(BBA, 1982; MBA, 1984) in Emporia, Kansas. She has had previous experience
in public accounting, industry, and with not-for-profit organizations.
Her primary areas of responsibility include individual and business
taxation and audits of commercial businesses, not-for-profit entities
and HUD apartment complexes. She is a member of the Southeast Texas
Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs and
